  My mother needed a small amount of broccoli, she picked one that was of a suitable size and proceeded to pay for it. At the checkout my mother was questioned if she had cut the broccoli, not just once but multiple times.
  
  After the employee further inspected the broccoli, she weighed it and it was paid for, it was then that the employee mentioned that the items in store are to be purchased as they are on the shelf.
  
  According to this employee the store policy is that items are purchased as they are from the shelf, which is understandable and expected. Produce was taken directly off the shelf yet the customer is questioned about about cutting a particular item, in essence being accused of trying to cheat the store as the item is charged by weight.
  
  Not a pleasurable experience for something as simple as the purchase of a small amount of produce, will not be purchasing from here again.
